While students were relaxing during fall break, the University of Saint Mary rearranged a number of popular offices.

Some students requested that there be private offices to discuss financial aid instead of discussing it in an open office, and the students were heard. The school has moved around multiple offices to address the concern.

Financial Aid and Student Payment Plans is now located on the first floor of Saint Mary where Student Life used to be located. Students will now have private offices to speak with financial aid advisors. Student Life has been moved to the Keleher Learning Commons. The Registrar can be found on the first floor of Saint Mary as well, and is located where the old Advancement office was. Advancement is now located on the second floor of Saint Mary where Admissions used to be.

Admissions and Marketing will both be located on the second floor of Mead where the old financial aid and business office used to be. E-sports will have their own space in the old marketing office on the first floor of Mead.

It may be a little confusing for a while until everyone gets used to the new layout for all of the offices. Don’t stress if you accidentally go to the wrong location, the University of Saint Mary is full of friendly faces that are willing to lend a hand.
