Altoona Falls in Altoona, Kansas, was located on a semi hindered trail. The waterfall is man made and is next to the remains of a flour Mill built in the 1870s. To reach this fall, go to the end of 7th Street on the west side and then you need to walk west across the field. The hike is about 200 feet and you will hear the waterfall as soon as you get close.
