Barbwire barbecue is a barbecue restaurant located in Eudora, Kansas. Barbwire has a wide variety of many different barbecues, from pork burritos to pulled pork sandwiches. When you first walk into Barbwire, you get that barbecue-type restaurant feel. The restaurant was super clean, and it looked as if they took pride in their establishment. The staff at Barbwire was kind and very friendly and greeted the guests.

The food at Barbwire is something every barbecue fan can enjoy. One item on the menu is the pork burrito. It is a burrito with pulled pork, cheese sauce, french fries, and barbecue sauce. Barbwire does a phenomenal job of executing this menu item. The barbecue sauce gives it a tangy taste, but the fries add a perfect amount of salt to the dish. When you order your food, you can also get your choice of barbecue sauce. You can get mild, sweet, and hot habanero.

Along with your main course, you can get many different sides. A few of the sides you can get are fries, cheesy potatoes, and onion rings. Each of their sides offers a different flavor and taste. The fries have a nice crisp to them and are fried to perfection. The seasoning is good and, unlike some fries at other restaurants, arent too salty. Cheesy potatoes are another side option. There isn’t too much cheese or potato and makes for an excellent side option to accompany your entree.

If you are looking for a place with all-around good barbecue and even appetizers. Some of the appetizers you can get are things like deviled eggs and even fried pickles.

Barbwire Barbecue is an excellent hometown barbecue and gives you the feel of a home-cooked meal. The atmosphere brings together a sense of community. If you are looking for an enjoyable barbecue and friendly environment Barbwire Barbecue should be on your list of places to visit in the future.
